Pick your France eSIM by matching its validity to your travel dates, then comparing the data allowance, hotspot rules, and named networks. The plan finder and our price table above let you compare prices without relying on a provider's advertised starting price. Prices are checked Oct 2026.
If your trip stays in France, start with France-only plans. If you also visit other countries, compare regional Europe options and confirm that each stop is included. Airalo's France page points to regional and global packages, but the provider pages we checked do not state regional Europe prices or country lists.

Unlimited plan. The provider page we checked did not state a daily speed cap.
Unlimited, with a fair-use rule on the provider page: "With Airalo Unlimited eSIMs, this high-speed allowance is 3GB per day at 20 Mbps, after which your connection continues at reduced speeds."
Unlimited, with a fair-use rule on the provider page: "All Holafly plans include unlimited data and up to 1 GB of phone hotspot sharing daily, which is more than enough to supply multiple connected devices with…"
Longest listed plan is 3 days, shorter than your 7-day trip: you would need a second plan or a top-up.
Plan buttons go to the provider's own page through our /go/ link. We may earn a commission from some providers; it does not change the order above, which is by total price.
Prices as listed on each provider's France page in USD. Per-GB is our calculation. Unlimited plans have no per-GB figure because the price does not depend on use.

Fair-use notes, quoted from provider pages
Treat data allowance and validity as separate choices. Yesim lists 1 GB for 30 days at US$3.00, while Saily lists 1 GB for 7 days at US$3.99. The allowance is the same, but the time available to use it differs. A longer validity period does not give you more data.
For a larger fixed allowance, Saily lists 10 GB for 30 days at US$16.99. Yesim lists 30 GB for 30 days at US$33.60, equivalent to US$1.12 per GB. That Yesim plan has the lowest price per GB in our France price table, but it also means paying for a larger allowance upfront.
Choose the allowance you expect to use rather than buying by price per GB alone. Also compare what happens if you run short: Saily offers in-app top-ups, with the new plan activating when your current plan runs out. Airalo says top-ups are available in many cases, so check your selected package before buying.
For a trip beyond France, make destination coverage part of the choice before comparing allowance. Airalo directs you to regional and global packages for broader coverage. Yesim advises installing before travel and activating when needed to avoid unwanted data usage on multi-destination plans.
Compare unlimited plans over the same period. For 7 days in France, Ubigi lists US$20.00, Airalo US$23.50, and Holafly US$27.50. These are price comparisons, not evidence that the plans have identical speed or sharing rules.
Holafly says network operators can apply a Fair Usage Policy in rare cases, temporarily for no more than 1 day. Yesim says an operator's Fair Usage Policy may limit data speed and that speed is reduced once the relevant limit is reached. Read unlimited as a data label, not a promise of unrestricted speed.
Sharing rules can change which plan fits you. Holafly allows you to share 1 GB per day. Saily states that hotspot access has no restrictions, while Yesim says hotspot availability depends on the operator. If you need to connect another device, compare this condition alongside the price.
Holafly names Orange France, SFR, Bouygues Télécom, and Free Mobile on its France page. Nomad names Free Mobile and Orange. These network names help you compare the underlying connections rather than choosing only by the eSIM brand.
Holafly advertises 5G where available, alongside 4G and LTE. Nomad advertises 5G and 4G, but directs you to the selected plan's details for network availability and speed. Nomad also warns that coverage varies by location and time of day, so a network list is not a guarantee for every stop.
Check territory coverage separately if your itinerary includes an overseas destination. Nomad says coverage may exclude overseas territories under the country's jurisdiction and asks you to confirm with support before purchase. Do not treat the France label alone as confirmation that such a destination is included.
Separate installation from the start of plan validity. Airalo says you can install in advance with a stable internet connection. Holafly says its plan begins when you arrive at your destination and turn on the eSIM. Follow the activation instructions for the provider you choose.
Saily says activation is automatic on arrival when its eSIM is turned on and roaming is enabled. Saily also gives plans a 180-day activation period. Nomad requires activation within 60 days of purchase; after that, the plan activates automatically and its expiry period starts.
Yesim lists activation within 180 days of purchase and says validity begins when you connect to a compatible network. Before buying, confirm your phone's eSIM compatibility and decide whether you need cellular data alone. Holafly's France eSIM is data-only and does not include a local number for traditional calls or text messages.
Yesim has the lowest entry price in our France price table: 1 GB for 30 days at US$3.00. Compare the allowance as well as the price before choosing.
